Shipping Policy

At Pashnova, we aim to deliver your orders in a timely and reliable manner while ensuring careful handling at every step.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver to:

  • Denmark

We will soon expand delivery to:

  • Sweden
  • Norway
  • Germany

3. Delivery Timelines

We provide delivery estimates to give you clarity and certainty:

  • Denmark: 2–5 business days
  • Sweden Norway Germany: 4–8 business days once available

These are estimated delivery times. In all cases delivery will take place no later than 30 calendar days from the order date in accordance with EU consumer
law.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout based on your delivery location and order details.
Free shipping may be offered on selected orders promotions or regions from time to time. Any applicable eligibility will be clearly displayed during checkout.

5. Delayed Delivery

If we are unable to deliver your order within the stated delivery timeframe:

You may request delivery within an additional reasonable period.

If delivery still does not take place within that period you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. Any applicable refund will be processed within 14 days.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped you can track it using the tracking link provided via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

7. Returns and Return Shipping

8. Taxes and Duties

  • EU: For orders delivered within the European Union all applicable taxes and duties are included and no additional charges will be applied.
  • Outside EU: For deliveries outside the EU any applicable customs duties import taxes or handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. Where possible we will aim to display estimated charges during checkout however final amounts are determined by local customs authorities.

9. Delivery Issues

If your order is lost damaged or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us without undue delay so we can assist you in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts may incur re-shipping charges.
