1. Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party appointed by you received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent via email before the withdrawal period expires.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required.
You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store. If the item shows signs of use beyond this inspection, we reserve the right to apply a reduction in the refund amount to reflect any diminished value as permitted under EU consumer law.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Unless required by law the following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards, Discount Coupon or Gift Coupons.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Sealed items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
- Sale or discounted items where clearly stated at the time of purchase
4. Return Shipping
We offer free returns.
For approved returns made within the 14-day withdrawal period, the cost of return shipping will be covered by us.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us without undue delay if the item is defective damaged or incorrect.
In such cases we will cover all return costs and provide a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
For approved returns within the 14-day withdrawal period:
- The full product price will be refunded
- Original shipping charges will also be refunded
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return whichever occurs first. Please note that banks and payment
providers may require additional processing time.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
